Hope

It's an act of hope to plant a bulb in the fall.

And...an act of hope to buy some art for your house.

Thank you Secord Gallery for selling a couple of rugs..and thank you lovely people from Calgary for buying them.

Whimsy Andrea Carroll, Shirray Langley and Laura Kenney

September 11 to October 9, 2026 Opening reception: Friday, September 11 at 6 PM

We are thrilled to be presenting our new exhibition entitled Whimsy, featuring new works by Andrea Carroll, Shirray Langley and Laura Kenney. These three artists like to use their work to comment upon the world. A sense of humour, observations of our society and the land around us, and an obvious touch of whimsy permeates all of their works. Prepare to be entertained! We hope you can join us for the opening reception at 6 PM on Friday, September 11 at 6 PM. SECORD GALLERY 6301 Quinpool Road, Halifax, N.S. B3L 1A4 902-423-6644    Secord Gallery

Hooking Room

I don't really think of my hooking room as messy.

Everything is where I need it to be.
