Judy's winter home

I was out for a run the other day and the sky was grey and the snow was..well, white and it put me in the mood to hook a winter scene..so that is what I am up to.

I am planning on making a larger version of this for a show and wasn't sure if I wanted to go with a grey background (posted a couple of days ago) or with what I have here..I am leaning towards this sea/sky one.

Fiber Art Now

Fiber Art Now is using "Is it time for bed?" as the banner for their facebook page again..whoot whoot! I hooked this back in 2009, I believe, it is one of the few where I actually hooked the details of a face...and I was into a bit of Klimt phase judging from the swirls on the blanket.

I spent the first day of 2105 hooking "Judy...buoy holder". I made a small version of this today as I would like to make a much larger version for the 2016 show at Mary E. Black. I was hoping the grey would like a fishing shack but think I 'll do another small version with the sea and sky in the background as see which one I like...decisions, decisions.

A very nice couple purchased this one at the NSDCC show.

To-hook Wall

I don't have a to-do list..I have a to-hook wall.

This should keep me busy and out of trouble for a couple of years.

A nice woman bought this at the NSDCC show, she wanted to give her daughter the message that anything is possible.
And....my Mom always told me, "You can do anything you set your mind to"
