My rugs went for a photoshoot today

 Before a show I have my rugs photographed by the very talent Jody O'Brien. And, this is one of the rugs, "'Lighthouse Hugger" and it will be at the NS Folk Art Festival.

Rug hooking in heat

How to hook in the heat.
1) Have a nice cold beverage near by.
2) Put on your sun dress.
3) Put your hair in a bun.
Keep cool ladies..nothing worse that a hot cranky hooker.

Storm Arthur

The maritimes was hit with post tropical storm Arthur yesterday. It reminded me of this rug, "It was a wee bit windier than she thought".

Mailing rugs off and... embracing technology

It was a "get rugs ready to mail off to lovely people" kinda day. AND...
I have figured out a way to make things a little easier for people when they buy from me directly.
I was very low tech..just send a cheque.. But! Interac E transfer...is very easy. If you have online banking it is a cinch.
